Video course:

The Power of Conscious Self Touch –

Holistic Ayurvedic Self-Massage

Everything begins with awareness and a deep connection to yourself.

When there are blockages in your physical, emotional or energetic body, the signals of your inner voice can no longer come through clearly.

Self-massage is a form of meditation. It is a conscious practice that brings you into the present moment, strengthens the connection with yourself, and therefore deepens your self-awareness.

My guidance not only supports you in learning the physical techniques of massage. More importantly, it gently leads you through a process that helps you regulate your nervous system, release tension, restore inner balance, and reconnect with your system’s natural intelligence.

On a physical level, the guided self-massage

– increases circulation

– supports detoxification and the elimination of impurities

– strengthens the immune system

– regulates the nervous system

– brings balance to body, mind, and soul.

The Holistic Ayurvedic Self-Massage is based on the principles of Ayurveda and gently guides you through different techniques in a holistic and embodied way.

You discover ways to ground yourself, to revitalize your system, and to embody softness through a daily practice that can be easily integrated into your life.

For this form of massage, you will need massage oil.

A nurturing practice that harmonizes body, mind, and energy, bringing presence, balance, and vitality into your everyday life.
