MEDITATION

Instead of spending to much time in observing your thoughts or bodily sensations, start turning your focus to that which is observing. There is a you which is aware of the thoughts and sensations.

Look at that. That which is already still while thoughts and sensations are changing.

The more you do that, the more stable you become in your daily life. If you want to become more stable, focus on and relax into the unchangeable which is already and always here.
